Accessibility
Last updated: July 17, 2026
The Trevor Clark Group is committed to making this website useful and accessible for buyers, sellers, and real estate clients across Chicago and the North Shore.
Accessibility Goal
The website is intended to support current accessibility practices, including:
- Clear page structure and headings.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation.
- Visible focus states.
- Sufficient color contrast for text and controls.
- Descriptive link text.
- Meaningful image alt text where images communicate content.
- Responsive layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop use.
- Reduced-motion support for users who prefer less animation.
The working target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA where practical for the site design, content, and technology stack.
Ongoing Review
Accessibility is an ongoing process. TCG reviews new pages, images, forms, media, scripts, analytics tags, and third-party integrations as the site evolves. Contact forms, CRM routing, listing data, maps, or embedded tools should receive their own accessibility review before launch.
Ongoing Review Items
TCG reviews:
- The public contact method for accessibility feedback.
- Final image alt text and decorative-image treatment.
- Keyboard behavior for navigation, buttons, forms, and media controls.
- Color contrast across mobile and desktop breakpoints.
- Form labels, errors, confirmations, and required-field messaging when a contact form is added.
- That analytics, tag, and third-party scripts do not block core page access.
Feedback And Assistance
If you have difficulty using the website or need information in another format, contact TCG through the phone or domain email published on the Contact page.
When reporting an accessibility issue, it is helpful to include:
- The page URL.
- A description of the issue.
- The device, browser, and assistive technology used, if applicable.
- The information or action you were trying to complete.
TCG reviews accessibility feedback and makes reasonable efforts to provide the requested information or fix verified issues.
Third-Party Content
Some features may involve third-party tools or services, such as analytics, email routing, CRM workflows, listing data, maps, or embedded content. TCG evaluates those services before production use and works to avoid third-party content that prevents access to core website information.
Contact
Accessibility feedback should be routed through the TCG domain email or contact method published on the Contact page.
